Athletics Carnival

On 15 November we had our annual athletics carnival at the Wyndham Athletics Track in Hoppers Crossing. While the weather was inconsistent with the occasional sprinkle, there was still plenty of sunshine and fun. It certainly did not dampen the friendly competitive spirit among the students and staff.

Our infant students had a great time on the adjoining oval with their tabloid sports. There were numerous activity stations and at each one they had a chance to get really hands-on and use up their boundless energy!

For the upper Primary and Secondary students, it was a chance to discover their athletic prowess and there were definitely many surprises on the day.

Parents and families were soaking up the carnival atmosphere with their picnic mats and chatting with one another. It is really great to see how this event brings us together and establishes good harmonious relationships within our school community.

Overall it was a great event and we will look forward to another great one next year!
